In addition to her directing work, Erica has worked in many other capacities including managing a successful small film fund, commissioning and executive producing film projects, running and programming sell-out film events, designing an independent zine and associate producing award-winning filmmaker Marc Isaacs's latest project.

Unite is a zine made by womxn about the experiences of womxn. It was originally intended as a companion project to live alongside the short documentary, The Win, but has evolved into its own entity. Issue one features an exclusive interview with tattoo artist Heleena Mistry, explores working in the sex industry from the perspective of a former sex worker, a feminist glossary, cover art by Louisa Foley, and much more.
