In addition to her directing work, Erica has worked in many other capacities including managing a successful small film fund, commissioning and executive producing film projects, running and programming sell-out film events, designing an independent zine and associate producing award-winning filmmaker Marc Isaacs's latest project.

Erica has many years experience of running sell-out film events in central London and programming small film festivals. Passionate about making screenings and film education accessible to all communities and creating a safe space for learning, her events have included transparent workshops run by top film industry talent, debates and Q&A sessions with open and honest discussion and screenings of work by filmmakers from across the globe, tackling often difficult subject matters and platforming lesser-heard voices.
