Erica ran the Lush Film Fund for the two years it was in existence, supporting almost forty projects from emerging film talent across the world. Co-producing with companies such as the Guardian, BFI, Grain Media and Docsville and working closely with directors as an executive producer across many projects, she quickly built up a diverse slate of award-winning work for the company.
